I can’t because I’m introverted…

In this episode, I discuss the common belief that being introverted stops us from doing things we wish we could do. I discuss why this happens for us and also challenge this idea. What I have learned for myself is to say that I need to do it differently because I'm introverted, instead of I can't because I'm introverted. I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
